To enjoy this one-time offer, a refundable $300 deposit is required at the time of booking. Customer may begin your selection of a suitable domestic helper to fit into your household needs from July onwards. A refund will be fully reimbursed to customer should there be no suitable domestic helper by 31 October 2020. Not applicable for transfer helpers.



1. What do I have to do to enjoy this early bird discount?
Simply place an immediate booking with a refundable $300 deposit, we will issue an official quotation after receiving customer’s particulars. Our sales consultants will then follow up with you on some suitable bio-data of domestic helpers based on your date of requirements for your selection.

2. What documents do I need to provide?
Customer will need to furnish us with the employer’s NRIC (Photocopy) and details of the domestic helper’s job requirements. The rest of the other necessary documents can be furnish at a later stage.

3. What if the agency is unable to provide the suitable domestic helper for my household needs?
The agency will provide a full refund of the $300 deposit should there be no suitable domestic helper by 31 October 2020.

4. What if the domestic helper I have selected could not enter Singapore on time?
This would depend on situation and the agency has all rights to determine whether the circumstances warrant a refund. If the application was delayed due to the current Covid-19 situation, we express regret to inform that the $300 deposit will not be refundable. However, if the application was delayed due to cancellation by our supplier or the agency, we will be responsible and provide a full refund of the $300 deposit.

5. How can I ensure that the agency will carry out its due diligence?
Official quotation and receipt will be issued upon collection of the $300 deposit from customer. This is to confirm the quotation/booking with no
hidden fees. Should there be any disputes or discrepancy, customer are strongly encourage to report us to CASE or relevant authorities.

6. What if I found another agency offering lower fees?
Our official quotation issued upon collection of the $300 deposit is final and no further changes can be made thereafter.

7. What if I wish to go to another agency during this period?
We express regret to inform that the $300 deposit will not be refundable in this circumstance. 

8. How about the domestic helper’s placement loan?
The domestic helper’s placement loan will not be included in the official quotation since this varies between every domestic helpers. Our sales consultants will advise the exact placement loan upon customer’s confirmation of your selected domestic helper.
